This one's a weird little Game Boy gem—TMNT 3: Turtles Kiki Ippatsu never made it outside Japan, which is a shame because it's actually a solid action-puzzler. You control all four turtles at once, sliding them around grid-based levels to take out Foot Clan goons and solve block-pushing puzzles. Feels kinda like a mix between Sokoban and a stripped-down beat 'em up.
At first I kept getting stuck because I'd forget which turtle was where (Leo's the only one who can break certain blocks, Donnie handles switches, etc.), but once it clicks, there's something satisfying about chaining their moves together. The pixel art's surprisingly detailed for a Game Boy title too—those little shell-spin animations never get old.
Definitely more brain-burning than your average TMNT game, but in a good way. Just don't expect the usual pizza-fueled brawling.
