MegaMan Battle Network 4 Blue Moon is one of those GBA gems that still holds up—part RPG, part card battler, and all cyberpunk charm. You play as Lan and his NetNavi MegaMan, diving into the digital world to fight viruses with a deck of Battle Chips. The combat’s grid-based, so positioning matters almost as much as your chip combos. I remember wasting way too much time tweaking my folder just right.

Blue Moon’s got its own quirks compared to the other versions—different bosses, chips, and a slightly darker story. The translation’s a little rough (thanks, early 2000s), but the gameplay’s solid. First 10 minutes? You’ll be running around ACDC Town, getting ambushed by Mettaurs, and realizing you should’ve stocked more Cannon chips. Classic.

Still feels great to jack in and bust some bugs.
