Yuki-onna (super Mario World Hack) Game

Ever played a Super Mario World hack that actually feels like a whole new game? Yuki-Onna is one of those—it swaps out the usual Koopas and Goombas for snow spirits and icy terrain, and Mario’s got some new tricks to deal with them. The first level throws you right into a blizzard, and suddenly, sliding on ice isn’t just a gimmick—it’s how you survive.
Some of the platforming gets brutal (expect a few cheap deaths), but the sprite work is gorgeous, especially the way Yuki-Onna herself drifts across the screen like a ghost. If you’ve burned through the original SMW a dozen times, this’ll give you that "wait, how does this work again?" feeling all over again. Just don’t blame me when you get stuck on that one spike trap for half an hour.
