Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Ii - The Arcade Game Game
📅 1990 ✍️ Konami

Remember that old TMNT arcade game where you and three friends could smash through waves of Foot Clan goons? This is basically the NES version of that—same side-scrolling beat 'em up action, just scaled down a bit. You pick your turtle (Leo’s my go-to, but Raph’s spin attack is stupid fun), then plow through alleys and sewers cracking shells and chucking pizza slices like they’re going out of style.
The controls are simple—walk, jump, slash—but the game throws so many enemies at you that it still feels chaotic. And yeah, it’s way easier with a buddy. Shredder’s still a pain to fight, though. If you played this in arcades as a kid, it’s a nostalgia trip. If not, it’s a solid way to see why everyone loved these games back in the day.
Keyboard controls: arrows to move, Z to attack, X to jump. You’ll figure it out fast.
