Super Mario Yaji World Game

Super Mario Yaji World is one of those weird, unofficial Mario hacks for the SNES that turns everything upside down. Instead of stomping goombas, you're tossing... well, let's just say it's not your grandma's Mario game. The sprites are all messed up, the levels are bizarre, and the whole thing feels like someone modded Mario after too much caffeine.
You'll recognize some classic platforming mechanics, but with a twist that makes it feel like a fever dream. First time I played, I couldn't stop laughing at how wrong everything was—Mario's animations, the sound effects, even the power-ups are just... off. It's janky, but in a way that's weirdly charming if you're into bootleg-style oddities.
Definitely not for purists, but if you've played every official Mario game to death and want something completely different, this might scratch that itch. Just don't expect Nintendo polish.
