Super Mario World Returns 2 Game

Super Mario World Returns 2 is one of those fan-made SNES romhacks that actually feels like it could’ve been a real sequel. It’s got that classic Mario World vibe—colorful, tight controls, and those satisfying little jumps—but with new levels that mix things up just enough to keep you on your toes.
First thing you’ll notice? The level design is way more creative than most hacks. There’s a mix of familiar stuff (Yoshi’s still your best buddy) and some fresh twists, like hidden exits that actually feel rewarding to find. I got stuck on one ghost house for way too long before realizing the exit wasn’t where I thought it’d be.
It’s not perfect—some of the later levels get pretty brutal—but if you’ve played the original to death and want something new without losing that SNES charm, this is a solid pick. Just don’t blame me when you lose an hour to that one tricky jump in the forest world.
