Super Mario World - Super Mario Bros 4 Game

Super Mario World is one of those SNES classics that just never gets old. You start off in the familiar Mushroom Kingdom, but this time there’s a whole overworld map to explore—secret exits, hidden paths, and those sneaky Star Road shortcuts. The cape power-up changes everything once you get the hang of gliding, and Yoshi? Absolute game-changer. First time I played, I spent way too long just feeding him shells to see what color he’d turn.
It’s got that perfect mix of tight platforming and goofy little secrets—like that one level where you can bounce off the flying fish forever if you time it right. And the music? Still stuck in my head decades later. If you’ve got a SNES (or an emulator), this one’s a no-brainer.
