Super Mario World - Eyeless Game

Super Mario World - Eyeless is one of those weird, hacked-up versions of the original SNES classic where someone decided to remove... well, Mario's eyes. And Luigi's. And pretty much every other character's. It's unsettling at first—you're running through familiar levels, but everyone's got these creepy blank faces. Jumps feel a little off without those goofy expressions, and Bowser just looks wrong staring at you with empty sockets.
Gameplay-wise, it's still the same tight platforming you remember, just with an extra layer of nightmare fuel. The first time Yoshi turned to face me with those hollow eyes, I nearly dropped my controller. If you're into bizarre ROM hacks or just want to see a childhood favorite twisted into something vaguely horror-adjacent, this is worth a look. Just don't blame me if you have weird dreams afterward.
