Super Mario - Wario World Game

Ever wanted to play as Wario instead of Mario for once? This SNES gem lets you do exactly that—Wario’s got his own weird little adventure, and it’s way different from the usual Mushroom Kingdom stuff. You’re punching enemies, tossing them around, and hunting for treasure like a greedy little gremlin (which, let’s be honest, fits Wario perfectly).
The controls take a second to get used to—he’s heavier than Mario, so don’t expect those floaty jumps. But once you figure out his shoulder charge and ground pound, it’s stupidly satisfying to plow through enemies. The levels are packed with hidden coins and secret exits, and some of the boss fights are just bizarre in the best way.
It’s not as polished as the mainline Mario games, but that’s part of the charm. You can tell they were experimenting, and it works. If you’ve ever wondered what Mario’s chaotic evil twin would play like, here’s your answer.
