Mario's Missi Game

Mario's Mission on SNES is one of those weird little platformers that slipped under the radar back in the day. You jump through these oddly shaped levels with that classic Mario feel, but something's off—the physics are a bit floaty, and the enemies move in patterns that'll make you tilt your head. First time I played, I kept missing jumps because Mario just... hangs in the air a split second too long.
Still, there's charm in its jankiness. The music’s got that early 90s synth vibe, and some of the level designs are surprisingly clever once you get used to the quirks. Just don’t go in expecting Super Mario World polish—this feels more like someone’s ambitious fan project that somehow got an official cartridge.
If you're into obscure SNES curiosities, it's a fun time capsule.
