Mario Bros Adventure 2 is one of those old-school Flash games that somehow made 3D work in your browser—not perfectly, but in that charmingly janky way where Mario slides a little too much after jumping. You start off stomping Goombas like usual, but the levels twist in weird angles, and sometimes you’ll misjudge a jump because the perspective tricks you. Classic Mario chaos.

The coins are everywhere, tucked behind question blocks and just out of reach unless you take a risky leap. And those obstacles? Some are sneaky—like fire bars that look slower than they actually are. I lost a life or two figuring that out. It’s short, messy, and exactly what you’d expect from a Flash-era Mario fan game.
