Luigi's Adventure - Mario X World Series Game

Luigi's Adventure is one of those weird, unofficial Mario hacks for SNES that somehow feels both janky and charming at the same time. You control Luigi (finally!) through a remixed version of Super Mario World levels, except everything's a little... off. The physics are floatier, some enemies move in strange patterns, and there are these bizarre custom sprites popping up where you least expect them.
First thing you'll notice? Luigi jumps like he's on the moon—way floatier than Mario. Takes some getting used to, but once you adjust, it's weirdly satisfying to nail those long, slow mid-air drifts. The levels mix familiar SMW layouts with some truly cursed enemy placements (why is there a giant Boo circling that pipe?!). Not gonna lie, I died way more than I should have to random stuff just because the timing feels different.
If you're into ROM hacks or just want to see Luigi finally get his own weird little spotlight, this one's a trip. Just don't expect polished Nintendo quality—it's more like stumbling into an alternate universe where someone fed Mario World through a fever dream.
