Bomberman Max 2 Red Advance is one of those classic GBA titles that still holds up if you're into chaotic, fast-paced multiplayer. You know the drill—drop bombs, blow up walls, and try not to get cornered by your own explosions. The "Red" version has a few exclusive characters and stages compared to the Blue one, which honestly just gives you an excuse to argue with friends about which is better.
Single-player’s got this weird but kinda charming adventure mode where you wander around, solving puzzles and unlocking power-ups. It’s not mind-blowing, but it’s a nice break from the usual deathmatches. And yeah, you can totally play it on an emulator now, though nothing beats the feel of an actual GBA in your hands.
If you’ve got a few friends and some spare time, this one’s still a solid pick for some old-school mayhem.
