Bomberman Max 2 Blue Advance is basically the GBA glow-up of the original Game Boy Color version—same addictive bomb-dropping chaos, just with sharper sprites and smoother movement. You’re still navigating maze-like stages, blowing up blocks and dodging enemies, but now there’s this weird little monster buddy you can power up between levels. Not sure if it actually helps much, but hey, it’s something to collect.
The puzzles get surprisingly tricky later on—some stages feel like they’re designed to make you blow yourself up at least twice before figuring out the timing. And yeah, it’s classic Bomberman at its core, so if you liked the first one, this is just more of that with a slight GBA polish. Nothing revolutionary, but solid for quick sessions when you want to plant bombs and watch everything explode.
