You control a giant, disembodied zombie head floating through a side scrolling city. Your goal is to fly from left to right, demolishing buildings and military vehicles while fending off attacks from human fighters and aircraft. Your primary weapon is your own head, which you can launch like a projectile to smash targets; it always returns to you after each throw. The game progresses screen by screen, with each area presenting new enemy formations and destructible scenery.
