World Circuit Series Game

World Circuit Series on Game Boy is one of those racers that feels simple at first—just pick your car, hit the gas, and try not to spin out on the turns. But after a couple races, you start noticing little quirks, like how some tracks have sneaky shortcuts or how certain cars handle better on dirt. The pixelated graphics have that classic charm, and the controls are tight enough that when you wipe out, you know it’s your fault, not the game’s.
I remember getting stuck on the third championship for ages because I kept underestimating how slippery the rain tracks could be. There’s something satisfying about finally nailing a perfect drift around that one brutal corner after crashing into the barriers a dozen times. It’s not the deepest racer out there, but it’s got that addictive "just one more try" energy. If you’ve got a soft spot for old-school handheld racing, this one’s a solid time capsule.
