Wheel of Fortune 2 on NES is exactly what you'd expect—classic word puzzles with that iconic spinning wheel, but with just enough 8-bit charm to make it feel nostalgic. You pick your contestant (I always went with the red suit guy for no real reason), spin the wheel, and guess letters like you're actually on the show. The digitized voice shouting "R!" or "S!" is hilariously robotic, but in a way that makes it weirdly endearing.
It’s not exactly deep—you’re mostly just guessing words while hoping for a good spin—but there’s something satisfying about nailing a tough puzzle with only a few letters. The two-player mode is where it shines, though. Nothing like watching your friend land on Bankrupt right after you’ve been hoarding cash.
If you’ve got a soft spot for old game show adaptations, this one’s a solid time-waster.
