WCW Nitro on N64 is pure late-'90s wrestling chaos—the kind where you’d elbow drop your buddy off the top rope just to hear them groan. The roster’s stacked with WCW legends (Sting, Goldberg, the whole crew), and the moves feel chunky in that satisfying N64 way. Not gonna lie, the controls take a minute to click—expect some accidental run-ins with the turnbuckle at first—but once you get the timing down, those powerbombs hit just right.
Multiplayer’s where it shines, obviously. Four-player free-for-alls turn into absolute bedlam, especially in cage matches where someone always gets stuck spamming weak punches. Graphics are dated now, but back then? Those neon entrance lights felt like the future. Just don’t expect a deep career mode—this is arcade-style mayhem, not a wrestling sim.
Still holds up if you’re nostalgic for the Monday Night Wars era.
