Twisted Edge is one of those N64 snowboarding games that never got as much love as 1080° or SSX, but honestly? It’s got its own weird charm. The controls take a second to click—you’ll eat snow a few times before nailing those sharp turns—but once you do, pulling off mid-air spins and grabs feels surprisingly smooth for an N64 title.
The tracks are all icy mountains and half-pipes, with some janky-but-fun physics that let you bounce off trees if you’re reckless enough. Multiplayer’s where it shines though—nothing like shoving your friend off a cliff mid-race. Just don’t expect pretty graphics; this one’s all about the chaotic, slightly-broken fun.
If you’re into snowboarding games and have already burned through the big names, this one’s a solid deep cut.
