Oh man, Turtles in Time is peak SNES beat 'em up action. You pick your favorite turtle (Leo's my go-to, but that spinning Donatello staff is hard to pass up) and just wreck foot clan goons across time—from the prehistoric era to a neon-drenched future. The pixel art still holds up, especially when you chuck enemies straight at the screen. That never gets old.

The controls are simple but satisfying—basic attacks, jumps, and that sweet special move where all four turtles gang up on one poor schmuck. The music? Absolute bangers, especially the technodrome level. Just don't get too cocky—those pizza power-ups disappear fast when Shredder's robots start ganging up on you.

It's one of those games where you'll restart immediately after the credits roll just to do it all over again. Cowabunga indeed.
