Toukon Road - Brave Spirits is one of those N64 wrestling games that actually feels like a proper brawl. The second you boot it up, you're hit with these chunky, exaggerated character models—think beefed-up luchadors and scowling heavyweights—and the controls are simple enough that you can start throwing suplexes within seconds.
What I love is how each wrestler has their own ridiculous flair. One guy might have this spinning piledriver that looks like it should snap spines, while another just dropkicks everyone into next week. The ring physics are janky in that classic N64 way, so matches quickly devolve into chaotic scrambles where someone always ends up flying through the ropes.
It’s definitely a game best played with friends—nothing beats teaming up to suplex some poor AI opponent into oblivion. Just don’t expect a deep career mode or anything; this is pure, dumb fun with a side of elbow drops.
