Tiny Toons Cartoon Workshop Game

Ever wanted to make your own Tiny Toons episode? This weird little NES gem actually lets you do that—sort of. You pick characters like Babs or Buster, drop them into goofy scenes (a haunted house, a wild west showdown), then slap together animations, sound effects, and cheesy one-liners to make your own mini-cartoon. It’s janky as heck, but there’s something charming about stitching together a chaotic 30-second clip where Plucky Duck gets hit by a falling piano for no reason.
The controls are clunky, and good luck making anything coherent longer than a minute, but messing around with the animations and voices is weirdly satisfying. Just don’t expect Disney-level polish—this is pure ’90s shovelware with a side of nostalgia. And yeah, you could record your masterpiece on VHS… if you still own one.
It’s the kind of game you boot up when you’re bored and just want to make Dizzy Devil say something ridiculous.
