I picked up Tiny Toon Adventures: Dokidoki Sport Festival for the Game Boy a while back. It was a 1994 release from Konami, one of many licensed titles that filled the portable's library during that era. The cartridge is a Japan exclusive, so you had to seek it out specifically if you were a fan of the cartoon.
In the game, you control Buster Bunny through a series of athletic events. The main goal is to win the multi-sport festival by competing against other Tiny Toons characters. You run through side scrolling obstacle courses, swim in lanes while avoiding hazards, and ride a balloon in a vertical shooting segment. The mechanics are simple, relying on timing and quick jumps rather than complex controls. The difficulty is manageable, though some events require a few tries to get the rhythm right.
