Okay, so Tetris Blast on Game Boy is basically Tetris but with explosions—which, honestly, makes everything better. You’re still stacking blocks, but now some of them are bombs. Match them right, and boom—whole chunks of your pile vanish in a little pixel firework show.
At first, I thought the bombs would just be a gimmick, but they actually change how you play. Instead of just clearing lines, you start hunting for chain reactions. Mess up, though, and you’ll panic as the bombs get buried under junk blocks. The music’s that classic Game Boy bleep-bloop vibe, and the colors pop way more than you’d expect from that tiny green screen.
It’s still Tetris at heart, just with a bit more chaos. Perfect for quick sessions when you want something familiar but with a twist. I lost a solid hour to it without even realizing.
