Tekichuu Rush is one of those Game Boy gems that feels like it was designed to drain your batteries in one sitting. You start off thinking, "Oh, this looks simple," and then suddenly you're dodging pixel-perfect spikes, leaping over pits, and cursing at that one enemy that always spawns right where you're about to land.

The chiptune soundtrack is pure late-'90s handheld energy—catchy but just repetitive enough to get stuck in your head at 3 AM. And the controls? Tight, responsive, but punishing if you mistime a jump. I lost count of how many times I barely scraped through a level with a sliver of health left.
