Super Jeopardy! on NES is basically the classic game show but with that charmingly janky 8-bit energy. The questions are still tough as nails—don’t expect any mercy just because the graphics are pixelated. You’ll fumble with the controls at first (Z for A? X for B? Why, Nintendo?), but once you get the hang of it, buzzing in feels weirdly satisfying.
It’s got all the categories you’d expect, from history to pop culture, though some answers feel hilariously dated now. The computer opponents are either brainiacs or total pushovers—no in-between. And yeah, the music loops endlessly, but that’s part of the nostalgia trip. If you’ve got a soft spot for retro trivia or just want to test your knowledge against a 30-year-old game, this one’s a solid time capsule.
