Spy Hunter on NES is one of those classic arcade-style car chases where you're speeding down a highway in a tricked-out spy vehicle, taking out enemy cars with machine guns and oil slicks. You start off with just basic weapons, but pretty soon you can upgrade to smoke screens and even a boat mode (yeah, your car turns into a speedboat when you hit water).
