Splitz - Nigaoe 15 Game (japan) Game

Splitz - Nigaoe 15 is one of those weird little Game Boy oddities that never left Japan. It's a puzzle game where you rearrange split-up portraits—kind of like sliding tiles, but with faces. The art style's got that early '90s charm, all pixelated and slightly off-model, which makes it weirdly satisfying when you finally piece together some celebrity or anime character.
First few rounds feel simple—just shuffling eyes and mouths around—but then the grids get bigger and the time limit starts breathing down your neck. I kept getting stuck on this one baseball player’s portrait because his hair looked identical in three different fragments. Classic Game Boy frustration.
Definitely more of a novelty than a must-play, but if you're into obscure Japanese puzzle games, it’s a neat time capsule. The music’s got that tinny earworm quality too.
