Ever played Spartan X on the Game Boy? It's the Japan-only port of the arcade brawler Kung-Fu Master, but with that classic handheld jank. You punch and kick your way through waves of enemies in a side-scrolling dojo—simple, but weirdly satisfying once you get the timing down.

The controls are stiff (it is an early Game Boy title), and the sprites are tiny, but there’s something charming about how brutally straightforward it is.
