Space Station Silicon Valley is one of those weird N64 gems that never got enough love. You play as a microchip hopping between robotic animals—bears, sheep, even mice—each with their own dumb little abilities to help you solve puzzles. The controls feel a little janky at first, but once you get used to hijacking a robot hamster just to roll through a tiny tunnel, it clicks.
The whole space station has this goofy, slightly off-putting vibe, like someone left a toy factory running after the apocalypse. One minute you're carefully stacking boxes with a mechanical moose, the next you're racing a cybernetic penguin down a slope. It’s not perfect, but it’s the kind of game where you keep playing just to see what bizarre animal they’ll throw at you next.
If you missed this back in the day, it’s worth digging up for the sheer novelty alone.
