You control one of two snowman brothers, Nick or Tom, and your goal is to clear each single-screen stage of enemies. You do this by throwing snow at them, which encases them in a growing snowball. Once an enemy is fully covered, you can kick the snowball to send it rolling across the platform. If it hits another enemy, that enemy is defeated too; if the snowball hits a wall, it bursts and eliminates any nearby foes. The game progresses screen by screen, and the challenge comes from the enemy placement and the platforms you have to navigate. The pacing is brisk, and getting a large chain reaction by rolling one snowball into multiple enemies is consistently satisfying. It feels like a clever little puzzle action game that rewards timing and careful aim.
