Snow Bros. Jr. is that weird little Game Boy spin-off of the arcade classic—same snowball-rolling, enemy-trapping chaos, just shrunk down for portable play. You’re still tossing snow at monsters to roll them up, then kicking them across the screen to take out their buddies. Feels a bit slower than the original, but hey, it’s on a tiny screen, so maybe that’s not a bad thing.

Japan got this version first, and honestly, it’s got that early Game Boy charm—simple, kinda janky, but weirdly satisfying when you pull off a perfect snowball chain. The music’s got that classic bleep-bloop energy too. If you’ve played the arcade one, you’ll notice some missing levels and tweaks, but it’s still a solid time-waster for short bursts. Just don’t expect it to blow your mind.
