The main goal is to progress through a series of single-screen stages, clearing them of all the bouncing balls before they can touch you. Your primary tool is a magic hat you place on the ground; it sucks in any balls that roll over it. You can also find power-ups, like an umbrella that makes you temporarily invincible, which helps when the screen gets crowded.
