Shinri Game 2 is one of those weird little Game Boy puzzlers that somehow sticks with you—like, you start playing just to kill time, and suddenly it’s two hours later and you’re still muttering at the screen. The puzzles are a mix of logic, wordplay, and some outright nonsense (in the best way), and the characters have this deadpan humor that cracks me up.

First few minutes in, you’ll be scribbling notes like a detective, trying to figure out why a talking cat wants you to rearrange kanji or what a riddle about "the moon in a bucket" even means. It’s got that old-school charm where nothing holds your hand, but when you finally solve one, it feels like a tiny victory. Also, the music? Weirdly catchy for something made of beeps.

If you’ve got a soft spot for retro brain-melters, this one’s a gem. Just don’t blame me when you start dreaming in puzzle solutions.
