Seiryaku Simulation - Inbou No Wakusei - Shancara (japan) Game

Ever played one of those old-school NES strategy games that makes you feel like a galactic warlord? Seiryaku Simulation - Inbou no Wakusei - Shancara is exactly that—a deep, kinda obscure Japanese title where you scheme your way across a sci-fi planet. At first glance, it looks like a typical turn-based thing, but there’s this weird mix of diplomacy, resource grabs, and backstabbing that keeps you second-guessing every move.
You start off picking a faction (I went with the space samurai because, well, space samurai), and suddenly you’re juggling alliances, sneaky troop movements, and tech upgrades. The UI’s a bit of a mess if you don’t read Japanese, but once you figure out which buttons do what, it’s weirdly addictive. Half the time, you’re not sure if you’re winning or just barely surviving—which honestly makes every victory feel stolen.
If you’re into retro strategy games that don’t hold your hand, this one’s a hidden time-sink. Just don’t blame me when you lose three hours to planetary conquest.
