SeaQuest DSV on Game Boy is one of those weird little gems that somehow turns a TV show into a real-time strategy mix. You're basically running the submarine from the show—managing crew, scanning for threats, and occasionally panicking when a torpedo comes out of nowhere.
The controls take a minute to get used to (why is everything mapped to the D-pad?), but once you figure it out, there's something oddly satisfying about balancing oxygen levels while dodging enemy subs. The pixel art's surprisingly decent for a Game Boy title, and the beeping sonar sound still lives in my head rent-free.
It's not deep, but it nails that "tense underwater commander" vibe better than you'd expect.
