Rugrats - Die große Schatzsuche is one of those N64 games that nails the cartoon’s vibe perfectly. You play as Tommy, Chuckie, or Phil (and a few others) running around oversized backyard levels, solving simple but fun puzzles to uncover hidden pirate treasure. The controls are a little floaty—classic early 3D platformer stuff—but the bright colors and goofy baby logic (like using a cookie as a key) make up for it.
First level drops you right into Tommy’s house, where everything’s twice your size, and you’re jumping on furniture to reach a toy chest or crawling through a tunnel made of stacked books. The voice clips are straight from the show, too, so if you grew up watching Rugrats, it’s pure nostalgia. Not the deepest game, but it’s got charm for days.
