About Roadblasters
RoadBlasters came out on the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990, a time when arcade ports were common. Atari Games handled the release, bringing their fast-paced arcade racer to home consoles. You control a futuristic car from an overhead view, speeding down winding roads while shooting enemy vehicles. Your main goal is to survive each stage and reach the finish line before your fuel runs out. Two key mechanics define the action: you constantly fire at opponents to score points and must collect floating fuel canisters to keep your car running.
