Rentaiou Game

Okay, so Rentaiou on Game Boy is one of those weird little games that somehow sticks with you. At first glance, it’s just another pixelated action-strategy thing, but there’s something oddly satisfying about how it plays. You’re thrown into these tight, grid-like levels where you’ve gotta move fast but think ahead—mess up once, and suddenly you’re swarmed.
The controls are simple (it’s a Game Boy, after all), but the enemy patterns take a minute to figure out. I kept dying at first because I’d rush in like an idiot instead of watching how they moved. The music’s got that classic chiptune energy—not mind-blowing, but it fits perfectly with the frantic pace.
Honestly, it’s the kind of game you pick up for five minutes and end up playing way longer than you meant to. If you’re into retro stuff that actually makes you work for the wins, this one’s got a weird charm to it.
