Oh man, Ren & Stimpy Show: Buckeroos! for NES—what a weird little relic. You start off with Ren and Stimpy running through these bizarre side-scrolling levels that look like they were drawn by someone who had way too much sugar. The controls are... well, let's just say they're very "NES," so expect some stiff jumps and questionable hit detection.
First level throws you right into it—you're smacking enemies with a giant mallet (because of course Stimpy would use that) while dodging falling anvils and other random hazards. The music is that classic Ren & Stimpy chaotic energy, which is honestly the best part. It’s not the most polished game, but if you grew up with the show, there’s something weirdly charming about it.
Fair warning: it gets frustrating fast. But hey, at least it’s short. You’ll either rage-quit or laugh your way through the jank.
