Re-Volt game

Re-Volt on N64 is one of those weirdly charming racing games where you’re not driving real cars—just RC toys zipping around wild tracks. The physics feel janky in the best way, like your little car actually bounces and flips when you hit a ramp too hard. Some tracks are set in backyards with toy blocks and soda cans as obstacles, others in creepy mansions where you’re dodging vacuum cleaners. It’s ridiculous, but in a way that makes you want to try just one more race.

Multiplayer’s where it really shines—nothing like watching your friend’s car get punted off a kitchen table by a rogue ceiling fan. The controls take a second to click, but once they do, you’ll be sliding around corners and lobbing power-ups like bottle rockets at anyone in front of you. It’s chaotic, but the kind of chaos you can actually get good at.

If you ever had those toy car battles as a kid, this game turns that into something way more competitive.
