Quattro Sports is one of those NES cartridges that tries to do a little bit of everything—baseball, soccer, tennis, and BMX racing—and honestly, some of them hold up better than others. The baseball game feels pretty basic, but the BMX Simulator actually has some decent momentum to it once you get the hang of the controls.

Tennis is… well, it’s NES tennis, so don’t expect Wimbledon. Soccer Simulator’s the real surprise here—it’s janky, but there’s something weirdly satisfying about the way the ball bounces around. If you’re into retro sports compilations, this one’s got enough variety to keep you busy for a while.
