About Quattro Adventure (unl)
Quattro Adventure came out in 1991 for the NES, a compilation from developer Camelot Software Planning. It was one of those multi-game cartridges that showed up late in the system's life, bundling four separate adventures into a single package.
You control different characters across the four games, like Robin Hood with his bow or the egg-shaped Dizzy solving puzzles. The main goal shifts with each title, but generally involves platforming, combat, and exploration. You move screen by screen, fighting enemies, collecting items, and navigating environmental hazards. The pacing is deliberate, and the difficulty can be unforgiving, demanding precise jumps and careful resource management. Playing it feels like tackling a set of short, distinct challenges that each have their own rules and demands.
