About Power Pro
Power Pro GB was a Game Boy release from Konami that came out in 1998. It was part of the long running Jikky? Powerful Pro Yaky? series, bringing its particular style of baseball to the handheld. On a system with many sports titles, this one stood out for its approachable, cartoonish style and deep mechanics.
You control a baseball team, managing your players and aiming to win games. The main objective is to guide your team through a season, improving your players and competing for the championship. Signature mechanics include the 'Success Mode', where you train a single player from high school to the pros, making choices that affect their stats and career.
