This one's a weird little Japan-only Game Boy gem from 1990—basically Popeye's first handheld adventure before they made the sequel. You're punching Bluto, grabbing hearts for Olive, and dodging flying bottles like in the arcade classic, but everything's tinier and somehow even more frantic. The music's got that classic Game Boy bleep-bloop charm, and the sprites are surprisingly expressive for how small they are.
It's tougher than it looks—Bluto moves faster than you'd expect, and those descending items can mess you up if you're not careful. I kept getting hit by random falling anchors at first until I figured out the timing. Definitely feels like a lost piece of early handheld history if you're into retro oddities.
