Popeye 2 on the Game Boy is one of those weird little platformers that feels like it got lost in time. You’re punching ghosts, jumping over barrels, and collecting those floating hearts like it’s 1991 all over again—because it was. The controls are stiff in that classic Game Boy way, but there’s something oddly charming about how simple it is.
