Pocket Zaurus - Juu Ouken No Nazo (japan) Game

Pocket Zaurus is one of those weird, obscure NES games that never made it outside Japan—which is a shame because it's actually pretty fun once you figure out what's going on. You play as this little dragon (or maybe a dinosaur? The sprite's kinda vague) solving puzzles and collecting keys across these maze-like levels. The controls take a second to get used to—your guy slides a bit when you stop moving, so you'll bump into enemies if you're not careful.
First level throws you right into it: push blocks, avoid floating eyeballs, and hunt for hidden switches. The music's got that classic 8-bit charm, and the colors are surprisingly vibrant for an NES game. I died like three times before realizing some pits are fake and you can just walk over them. Classic Japanese game design—no handholding.
If you're into retro puzzle-platformers with a side of "what am I even looking at," this one's a neat little time capsule. Just don't expect an English translation.
