Pipe Dream on NES is one of those weirdly satisfying puzzle games where you’re basically a plumber for neon sewer slime. You get random pipe pieces dropping in, and you’ve gotta scramble to build a path before the flooz—yeah, that’s what they call it—starts oozing through. If it hits a dead end, game over.
At first, it seems simple, but then they throw in these rounds where you need a specific number of pipes and hit an exit tile. The pressure’s real once that slime starts moving, and you’re frantically rotating pieces trying not to screw up. The NES version has that classic chunky tile look, and the music somehow makes plumbing feel intense. It’s way more fun than it has any right to be.
