Pachinko Monogatari Gaiden is one of those weird little Game Boy oddities—basically a digital pachinko machine with some light RPG elements. You start off picking your ball type (the silver ones feel faster, but I could be imagining it) and then it's all about timing your shots just right to trigger bonus rounds.

The tables have that classic 90s pachinko parlor vibe, complete with flashing lights and mechanical noises that somehow translate through the Game Boy's tinny speaker. There's a progression system where you unlock new machines, though half the fun is just seeing how long you can keep a streak going before your balls drain out the bottom.
