Pac-Panic takes our favorite dot-muncher and throws him into a falling block puzzle game—which honestly works way better than you'd think. Instead of ghosts, you're dealing with colorful tiles dropping from the top of the screen, and Pac-Man has to clear them by matching colors or chomping through chains. It's got that classic Pac-Man speed, but with a Tetris-like twist that keeps you scrambling.
At first, I thought it'd just be a weird reskin, but the mechanics actually feel fresh—especially when you trigger a combo and watch half the screen vanish in one go. The Game Boy's tiny screen makes it even more chaotic in the best way. If you like puzzle games with a little bite, this one's a solid pick.
